
Hi, I am Edward James Letko.
After obtaining my degree from Columbia University, I immersed myself into numerous projects that primarily focused on making a difference by establishing business models that would contribute to the overall improvement of patient care. Utilizing many years of experience in the medical field I created organizations that addressed the betterment of healthcare in different ways. Improving a patient’s care, experience, and satisfaction has always been my goal.

US Diagnostics, Inc. (New York, NY)
President and CEO (2003 – Present)
Founded in 2003 by Mr. Letko, US Diagnostics, Inc. develops, manufactures, and distributes blood glucose monitoring systems. He has hired, trained, and managed many of the company’s personnel showing his dedication and passion for the company. The goal is to provide high-quality, easy-to-use products for excellent diabetes management care at an affordable cost, as well as superior customer service.
Cirrus Solutions, LLC (Plantation, FL)
Managing Director (2015 – Present)
Founded in 2015 by Mr. Letko, Cirrus Solutions, LLC manages large-scale end-to-end health insurance processes for health plans. The long-standing client relationships and consistent performance bonuses reflect high-quality support delivered in a compliant manner. The objective is to become the first company in the market to have a single-source solution for sales, enrollment, retention, and consumer engagement.
The Cirrus Solutions insurance sales team has a consistent, excellent closing rate which has been the catalyst for building strong long-term relationships with several mid-sized regional health plans.
Vertaloc Inc.

VertaLoc, Inc. is an industry leader which specializes in providing exceptional medical devices. Our goal is simple; provide the highest quality and most effective product for our customers. Our medical device line ranges from spinal support braces to lower extremity support. Our rapidly growing product line will be the first step to alleviating pain from arthritis and many other medical conditions.
Remote Patient Monitoring, LLC
President and CEO (2021 – Present)
Enabling and Leading the Transformation of Virtual Care. This company is developing a comprehensive virtual care platform that will improve patient outcomes, improve care in the home, and reduce readmission rates. A proactive approach to personalized patient care using HIPAA compliant multi-party access. Medical grade smart connected devices will provide information to Payors, Providers, Pharma, Home Health, and Employers. The Remote Patient Monitoring Care Command Center will manage the logistics to ensure streamlined processes and maximize revenue for providers.
Eon Health, LLC (Miramar, FL)
Managing Director (2016-2018)
Mr. Letko worked towards setting up health plans to provide services in Georgia and South Carolina with benefits catering to MAPD, CSNP, and DSNP members. He also improved the delivery and quality of care by implementing programs rewarding healthcare providers, for implementing measures and programs, in an effort to:
- Manage Medical Loss Ratio (MLR) specific to each provider’s type and patient base.
- Completion of patient STARs measures
Mr. Letko also built a provider network of over 2,500 providers!
Philosys, Co. Ltd. (New York, NY) & (Seoul, Korea)

- A manufacturer of diabetic testing supplies and meters.
- Grew the business the US Business through with a focus on Mail Order and Retail, marketing strategy, and implementation of IT system improvements.
- Developed strategies to increase revenue by targeting sales of specific product lines.
- Hired, trained, and managed key personnel for leadership of various company departments.
- Reduced insurance denials, improved efficiency of personnel, and adhere to compliance standards.
- Oversaw all aspects of the company, including financial forecasting, compliance, patient documentation, mailings, and shipping.
Infu-Tech, Inc. (Nasdaq: INFU)
President and CEO (April 2001 – December 2001)
Mr. Letko was hired directly by the board to increase sales, cash flow, and increase profitability. He reported directly to board members, including Bruce Slovin, president and a director of the Revlon Group Incorporated.
Mr. Letko achieved the following while serving under this capacity:
- Created and implemented marketing and sales strategies for all of its products and services at its various locations (and their respective sales teams) from the company’s headquarters in Carlstadt, NJ.
- Conceived and attempted to purchase two other infusion and specialty pharmaceutical companies to obtain a yearly run rate of $50,000,000 for the company.
- Implemented a sales reporting and statistical analysis process within its business units.
- Developed marketing programs with Infu-tech’s main clients, which included contracts with Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford, and HIP.
- Formulated several sales incentives campaigns and contests for internal (salesforce) and external clients (alternate care centers).
Valcour Medical, Inc. (Maywood, New Jersey)
President and CEO (January 1991 – January 2001)
Valcour Medical Inc. is one of the leading independent East Coast-based distributors of medical supplies and equipment, which Mr. Letko founded in 1986 while still in college.
The following are some of the goals he achieved while serving in this capacity:
- Created, established, and managed all financial, sales, and marketing aspects of its wholesale medical supply distribution, pharmacy, and infusion businesses.
- Starting with one warehouse in 1991, Mr. Letko grew Valcour into a diversified company with 4 locations in major East Coast markets with sales in excess of $40 million in 2000.
- Created marketing and sales strategies for all of its products and services at its various locations (and their respective sales teams).
- Coordinated the promotional and marketing initiatives of the 5 Regional Managers and 26 Sales Representatives.
- Trained, developed, and managed the sales team. Determined target clients, quotas, and objectives. Coordinated the recruiting effort for sales representatives.
- Developed strategies to consolidate and increase market share for Valcour’s main products within each region.
- Coordinated all business development efforts and all financial matters with its affiliates.
Valcour Medical of CT, Inc. (Manchester, Connecticut)

Mr. Letko also achieved the following:
- Coordinated the sales efforts of Valcour to (distributors and Nursing Homes) within New England and the Washington DC, Region-representing 25% of the company’s sales in 2000.
- Developed promotional campaigns to be implemented by the sales teams.
- Created several “point-of-sales” analyses to profitability and service provided by Valcour.
- Determined and negotiated sales targets with the clients as well as deviations “sell in/sell-out.”
Comptek Pharmacy and Infusion Services, Inc. (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)

Mr. Letko was able to achieve the following:
- Developed and managed the sales effort of Comptek’s sales force within the Southeast, representing 38% of the company’s sales in 2000.
- Created and implemented several training seminars and on-the-job programs for the sales force.
- Determined and negotiated sales targets and business development objectives.
Education
Mr. Letko went to the Columbia University, where he completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 1990. He graduated with honors and was ranked in the top 10% of the class.
Other Skills and Hobbies
Apart from his professional life, Mr. Letko enjoys many sports. He was in the “All American Cross Country” and also a long-distance track runner in high school (3-time NJ state champions).
He also was captain of the cross-country team at Columbia University. He also enjoys boating, waterskiing, running, basketball, and golf. He collects wines too!
